FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you clean offices at night or during business hours?
Both. Most corporate accounts run as nightly janitorial after tenants leave, and we add day porters for lobbies and restrooms when needed. Crews are scheduled around your billable hours so the work stays out of sight.
Are your office cleaning crews W-2 employees?
Yes. Every person on an office account is a W-2 employee — I-9 verified and background checked — with a supervisor on site each shift. We do not subcontract janitorial work.
What does a standard office cleaning scope include?
Workstation and desk disinfection, lobby and reception detail, restroom sanitation and restock, breakroom care, and conference-room resets. The written scope is customized by square footage and tenant type.
Can you meet our procurement and insurance requirements?
We carry a $2M general liability COI with current workers comp, follow GBAC-informed disinfection protocols, and provide a written checklist for every night — ready before day one.
