The founder
Imelda Sánchez, Founder & CEO. Imelda founded Mely's Janitorial Services in 2006 as a self-employment cleaning operation, and incorporated the company as an LLC in 2016. Under her leadership, the business has grown from a solo operation to a trusted commercial cleaning provider serving hundreds of clients across West Texas and Southern New Mexico.
She built the company the way the procurement departments of her clients asked her to — with direct W-2 employment, formal training, clear escalation, and paperwork that survives vendor audits. Two decades in, every contract we sign still reflects that approach.
